How do I add money to my wallet?
Deposit from your M-PESA. You get a prompt on your phone, enter your M-PESA PIN, and the money lands in your wallet.
Can I send money outside Kenya?
Yes. Choose the country you are sending to, then mobile money or a bank account. The networks and banks available there load for you.
How do I know I am paying the right person?
Before you send, FinoQ can check the name registered to the phone number or bank account. You see it on the confirm screen before you enter your PIN.
